Hi Jiansong,
It sounds like you want to do motion correction and registration but not regression analysis. You
can do this using the FEAT gui by selecting Pre-stats only. Then make sure that motion correction
is selected. Finally, enter your main structural image for the registration and hit "Go". The output
will be a motion corrected time series:
directoryname.feat/filtered_func_data
and a registration transformation matrix
directoryname.feat/reg/example_func2standard.mat.
You can apply this transformation matrix to the time series using the FLIRT gui which will put the
low res data into standard space.
