Hi
You can view the (unthresholded) ICA maps easily by loading
melodic_IC intoo FSLView. Also, if you run melodic with the ---Ostats
option (from the command line) or the 'output full stats folder' (in
the GUI) then the bllah.ica folder will contain a stats folder with
all the thresholded images in it. Again FSLView is quite nice for
looking at these.
