Hi Chris, yes, this makes sense then - you're right that in this case you
can't guarantee getting the ordering that you want.
The simple answer would be to wait until one has finished before running
the second....not very clever I know...
Or you could add in an output filename option to the featquery script.
This seems like quite a good idea generally - we'll add that to our TODO
list for the next release.
