Hi,

It is an featquery option.
For the other two questions I'm still not sure what you are after. The modelled response is in the design.mat but I don't understand your "avegare data over trials" question.
FWHM is typically a feature of a convolution kernel. Do you refer to the smoothness of the GRF?

Hi,
first of all thank you for the response.
<>How can I evaluate the percentual signal change?

I didn't understand it well. Is there a avw- utility, which does, what I want?

I made a mistake here. I meant, how can I average data over trials
using ''design.trg''? (As well as I know, the event onset times are saved
in design.trg. And I thought, using this file there may be a way, to
average time-series over trials. For example using the results of
featquery and design.trg)
<>to calculate FWHM of the signal
<I'm not really sure what you are asking here.
I meant the full width at half maximum of the averaged time series. Is
there a way to evaluate it?
Thanks a lot
