15th US National Congress of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics
(USNCTAM06)

University of Colorado at Boulder, 25-30 June, 2006


Dear Colleagues:

    On behalf of the U.S. National Committee of Theoretical and Applied
Mechanics, we are calling for one-page abstracts of papers proposed for
presentation at the 15th U.S. National Congress next June.  Papers in
all
areas of mechanics are welcome, including those that fall within the
scope
of the more than seventy mini-symposia listed at the Congress web-site,
http://usnctam06.colorado.edu, where the procedures for abstract
submittal
are described.  The deadline for submitting abstracts is 15 January
2006,
and the date for author notification regarding paper acceptance is 15
March
2006.  Each Congress participant may present no more than one paper, and
each presented must register by 15 May 2006 in order for his or her
paper to
be included in the program.  A reduced registration fee is available to
students and post-docs, who may also apply for financial assistance.
