Please find below, the programme for the ECS workshop entitled 'Bay of
Biscay Research and Conservation Workshop II', taking place on Sunday
3rd April 2005, in La Rochelle, France. Following on from the success
of the first workshop, held at the European Cetacean Society's 17th
Annual Conference, March 2003 (see proceedings), this full-day event
will focus once more on current marine mammal research in the region,
the coordination of future research, and the priorities for
conservation.
For those that have not registered, there are still 20 places left for
on-site registration by members or conference attendees. The fee is 10

standardising data collection and combining datasets, producing a
joint status review paper, and discussing how to develop a Joint
Research Programme. Further information on workshop groups will be
provided on the day.
