Hi Rachel - - would be please to meet up sometime - and interested in the
drawing you do too!
I'm interested in 'plain old drawing' too - and the beginnings of drawings
and other graphical languages in early childhood. Maybe since marks made by
tools such as pens and pencils leave a lasting effect, we can both
communicate with ourselves and with others (if we choose)? I think you are
right that we can use it to communicate with ourselves - the visual drawing
must create feedback and allow a sort of inner dialogue that promotes
reflection and growth . Could we 'draw' only in our minds?
My personal email address is [log in to unmask] - and I believe my name
has celtic roots.
