Dear List(s),
Colleagues involved in electronic service development might like to review
two practitioner research reports just released.
They are based upon work in Service Development Team, part of Windsor and
Maidenhead's Library and Information Services. They are offered for sharing
practise in an area where I have personally found the literature to be
limited in practical experience. Any comments gladly received.
The first reviews RBWM LIS computer games development from 2002-5.
The second is a literature review on potential uses of computer games type
technology for service development in public libraries.
Both are available to download from the RBWM LIS documents page:
www.rbwm.gov.uk/community_living/documents.htm

Multi-Lib is a small service development sub-programme here in Windsor and
Maidenhead looking at uses of multimedia in public libraries. Phase 2 is a
research and reflection phase and has been kindly supported by a SEMLAC
research grant.
This is posted to various lists, so you may receive this more than once if
you are like me subscribed to many. When you are deleting duplicates, spare
a thought to me deleting out-of-office replies!
Kind regards
