How to deliver diversity
ALM London Cultural Diversity Network Event
Summary
This one-day training event will explore how to deliver diversity within
archive, library and museum services and to service users. It will
consider strategies and ways of monitoring, learning from various
examples. You will identify good practice and consider how to apply it so
that your organisations, services and linkages are more inclusive and
value diversity.
By the end of the day delegates will have been able to begin to develop
their own strategies and evaluate current policies and practices.
You will be asked to do about 10 minutes preparatory work prior to the day.
Target audience
This course is aimed at archives, libraries and museum managers wanting to
broaden their knowledge and consider ways forward.
Costs: Delegates working in or with London's archives, libraries and
museums (within the 32 London boroughs or City of London): £45, others £60
(including lunch and refreshments)
