How to build a diversity culture within your organisation

This one day training event will explore how to build a diversity culture
within your archive, library and museum service.
It will consider organisational cultures, and ways of managing cultural
dimensions within the workplace. You will identify good practice and
consider how to embed a diversity culture within your organisation.
The component parts of the day are:
i. Understanding organisational cultures
ii. How to map organisational cultures
iii. Managing cultural dimensions in the workplace
iv. How to embed a diversity culture into your organisation
Target audience
This course is aimed at archive, library and museum staff with an interest
in or responsibilty for diversity within their organisation
Costs: Delegates working in or with London's archives, libraries and
museums (within the 32 London boroughs or City of London): £45, others £60
including lunch and refreshments).
