Communicating high quality health information is high on the national agenda
and the CHIQ workshop covers the following key areas:

        *       Why good quality information is important 
        *       CHIQ Guidelines
        *       Communicating Health Messages Clearly
        *       NHS Information Services
        *       Including patients in the production of information
        *       Reliable sources of patient information
        *       Legal and ethical issues

Target Audience: Staff within NHS Trusts, Primary Care Trusts, Health
Charities, and others involved in producing and providing health
information.

Workshop Facilitators:        Tom Hain, Manager CHIQ, Jane Shaddock, Project
Manager, CHIQ

Cost: £150.00

We offer a 10% discount for group bookings of more than six.

Conditions
*       Cancellations must be confirmed in writing at least one week before
your chosen course date.
*       Please note that the full fee will be payable if the delegate
cancels within seven days of the chosen course date or fails to attend
*       There will be no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace the
original delegate.  Please inform our office of any change to the original
booking.
*       Where the number of reservations is less than the minimum required,
we reserve the right to cancel or defer the course at our sole discretion.
In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date or
refund.
