Sharon,
a LIP revision is underway to incorporate ACCLIP.
I would recommend people implement that not the
old element. The ePortflio spec uses ACCLIP.
It really is a huge step forwards because it takes
the view that lack of accessibility is a mismatch
of resources/systems to users. This is entirely
different from the old accessibility element in LIP.
