'stopped by the police'
I was released without charges. and was stopped for an unspecified offence.
i put it down to the obviously suspicious character of my passenger, and was
ready to deny all knowledge of her and turn her in at the drop of a hat.
thank you Mairead for these reports. they are a brilliant record of the
conference.
there were some great readings but to begin to name some people and not
others would require a much longer report than i could manage for today and
would be redundant next to hers.
although i did spend some time at the conference wondering what would happen
if you swopped vocabularies; for example took the 10/20/30 most frequently
used nouns/verbs/adjectives out of say Sean Bonney's work and swopped them
with Lee Harwood. Or do the same between Maggie O'Sullivan and cris cheek.
thank you to trevor and matthew, they deserved large bouquets of flowers,
but would only have blushed bashfully.
