I think not.
The context suggests it is to be applied to The Poet's Lathe, hich is a
proposal for a course of action involving others; and it is, as I understand
it, a critical function. Critics do have a responsibility for their actions.
If it is an answer to my first post on this matter, note I did not suggest
that
The Poet's Lathe should be restricted
Now of all times I think we should be rather careful of the word freedom. It
is overused
