The OU Master of Arts in Online and Distance Education (Code: F10) course is
pretty comprehensive:
http://www3.open.ac.uk/courses/bin/p12.dll?Q01F10_5_0
I've done it - it was expensive but worthwhile.
Not specifically about VLEs although the H802 module
(http://www3.open.ac.uk/courses/bin/p12.dll?C01H802_5_0) covered most
things. However, I see it is not running again? I assume they will be
bringing out something along the same lines?
