Dear All,
Flush from my perceived success at using a Blog / Podcast to keep users updated on service availability / direction at the UoB. I'm now switching attention to supporting / dealing with daily queries. Therefore,
1. Is anyone using / providing a communication route via skype or instant messenger from staff/students to their central support teams?
2. If yes, from your experience is there anything I should be aware off before I add this to our existing email/telephone communication channels?
Any thoughts / feedback would be greatly appreciated ;-)
