Thanks for the offer. Can I ask you to hold off for a few weeks? We've had a
number of suggestions for free CAD systems (see the Ideas page on the website),
and I propose to download them all and run a comparison after Easter (I teach
our Geometric Modelling course here, so there's even some danger that this is an
area that I know something about...). I'll get back to you after we've ranked them.

Yes - If we're using a "syringe-pump deposition" process, we'd need to run round
the outside of a polygon (with an offset) and then cross hatch it. When things
calm down, I'll start putting proper software specs on the website.
