Just to sing it's praises a bit more...
If you ever want to put an acceptance time on the keyboard - i.e. force a
user to press and hold the key for a certain amount of time before the key
is activated - then you can do it with AutoHotKey. [1]. Admittedly it isn't
that pretty and to change the delay you have to do a find&replace, but it
works....
This could be useful for someone with a tremor - which is why i've done it
(and I can't find any other way of doing it in Windows, unless i've missed
it).
Also, I came across: http://www.research.ibm.com/KeyboardOptimizer/ which is
quite a 'cute' way of diagnosing typing problems.
Also, the new version of AutoHotKey remembers capitalisation if you are
remapping a keyboard (e.g. QWERTY -> ABC)...
I fully admit is only me that is likely to get excited about such novelties,
but hell.

Code (for T, you have to repeat it for all the keys you want to add the
acceptance delay to):
$*t::
KeyWait, T, T0.2 ; Wait for user to physically release it.
if ErrorLevel ;If it is released too quickly then ignore it,
oherwise send the key...
