I did see a demo of Synface
(http://www.fastuk.org/project_details.php?Ref=359) for virtual signing
using an avatar (animation) last year. I thought it was a great idea but I'm
waiting to see what happened as an outcome to the project. I'll chase it up
and see if anything has happened.
I'd love to know if anyone comes up with any research applicable to AT for
video phones.
