The Victor reader is a Daisy book player - you can see others which may
include feature lists for different models at
http://www.daisy.org/tools/playback.asp#Wave. Don't know if the page
will go in to the detail you're looking for, suspect it will be a
research job looking at websites for suppliers of each product. Again
software players are also available including a couple of free ones now
so you could try these for satisfaction - suspect that the software
versions would be ok for switch use.

Subject: Switch accessible Book Readers
Hi
I recently saw a client who has a Victor reader (from RNIB). The device
comes with a Foot pedal which she finds difficult to access. I wonder if
anyone has come accross Talking Books that are switch adaptable so that
she could use a hand switch to access the Play/Pause function.
Alternatively are there any Talking Book Players that can be operated by
remote control so that we could use an Environmental Control system to
access the device?
Would appreciate your help/suggestions:)
Thanks!
Haseena
