Aidan
BECTa CAP started a listserv in the early days, but it was little used & I've not seen a posting for years. Not sure what's on their website now - I have difficulty with web based discussion boards as you need to remember to look at them!

yes, thanks, I'll have a look through for some information.
I hope everyone realises that the information on the FAST website is free
for everyone to access!
I am a bit troubled by the lack of available AT product information for
professionals working in education. There seems to be little access to
information for them as it is for people affiliated to the NHS. I recently
saw a message on "Discussion list for Assistive Technology providers in HE
institutions"
([log in to unmask]) about the problems of finding suitable equipment
and who to ask.
So it's a fairly widespread problem...
Cheers,
Aidan.
