Date: Wednesday 9 February at 2.30 pm
Venue: Oxford University Press, Great Clarendon Street, Oxford, OX2 6DP
This small but fascinating Museum displays historic books, documents and
printing equipment of the OUP and tells the story of 'The Oxford Book'
from the 15th Century to date.
The history of type and illustration are strengths of the collection
which also covers the Oxford tradition of publishing Bibles and
Dictionaries.
We will also be visiting the OUP Library which has a nearly complete
list (an explantion for this will be given!) of all OUP titles published
in the UK and an Out of Print Collection.
