Archives for London has organised a visit to the Parliamentary Archives and
Gunpowder Plot exhibition on Monday 14 November at 2.30pm.
Cost: £15
The Parliamentary Archives holds several million historical records
relating to Parliament, dating from 1497.
The visit will include a talk by David Prior, Assistant Clerk of the
Records, about the work and holdings of the Parliamentary Archives, and a
tour of the exhibition marking the 400th anniversary of The Gunpowder Plot:
Parliament and Treason 1605.
There are 15 places available on this visit, most of which have now gone.
