Ores vary on a whole range of scales, there is no simple answer. There
are certain trends but local variations usually are more important.

Some hydrated ores ( 'bog' ores / hard pans) have both high Mn and P.
You have to be careful smelting these, as if the carbon content becomes
too high the Fe-FeC-Fe3P eutectic can form which has a very low melting
point (circa 910C if I remember correctly) and they fall apart at the
bloom smithing or billet forming stages.
