The Africana and Latin American Studies Program at Colgate University invites applications for a one-year postdoctoral fellow in Caribbean Studies. Applications are welcome from any field in the Humanities, Social Sciences or Gender Studies. The fellow will be expected to teach three courses over the two-semester year, including an introductory course on Caribbean cultures. Salary will be $37,500 with full benefits, and some research and travel funding. Applicants should have received their PH.D. degree no earlier than 2003; persons holding tenure-track appointments are not eligible to apply. Ph.D. candidates must have their degree in hand by the time of appointment.
