Leading a small team tasked with the analysis of large complex data sets,
you will be required to provide expert advice on statistical methodology -
particularly on methods used to make institutional comparisons. This will
actively involve you in numerous work streams and see you playing a key
role in the identification and implementation of improvements in the
methods of analysis we employ.
Ideally you will have at least five years' experience of analysis in a
health-related environment. You will have a thorough understanding of
applied statistical methodology and will probably have obtained a
postgraduate qualification in statistics. Good communication skills, a
high level of PC literacy and plenty of initiative are also essential.
