Subject: Faking it needs Statisticians
WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE TAKEN INTO A NEW AND EXCITING WORLD FOR A MONTH?
'FAKING IT'
CHANNEL 4's BAFTA AWARD WINNING PROGRAMME 'FAKING IT' IS BACK AND IS LOOKING
FOR STATISTICIANS TO TAKE PART
RDF Media, the producers of Faking It, are looking for people with an
interest in statistics to take part in the next series. I was hoping you
might be able to forward this email to anybody and everybody who you think
might be interested.
This is the series where we take an individual from one type of background,
give them a complete makeover and then try to pass them off as the real
thing in a society that would normally be completely foreign to them. A
transformational battle against the odds, each faker is given just 4 weeks
to master a skill well enough to fool a panel of expert judges with the aide
of top practitioners in their field.
Ideally we are not looking for outgoing extraverts or OTT personalities but
someone with an ability to learn, determination and a certain amount of
curiosity. Faking It is an aspirational program following a voyage of self
discovery as we prove that you can do anything if you truly set your mind to
it. Its success is based on the attraction of watching someone doing
something that they never thought they could do and is always a once in a
lifetime experience for those taking part.
Ideally the 'faker' will be between the ages of 18-30 and have an interest
in statistics, we only have 2 weeks to find someone so the sooner the
better. The number to call is 0207 751 73 70 or email

I hope this is something that might be of interest to you and that you might
be able to circulate this email.
Kind regards
