Hi All,
I have the following survey data (conducted weekly over a 6 month period) to
compare 2 items A and B. For each survey I have a judgement distribution on
a 7 point scale -3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3
-3 => A better and 3 => B better.
My question is: What is the best way to represent this data graphically so
as to view any time trends?
I have the following thoughts
1. For each date use a stacked histogram to show the relevant percentages of
each judgement.
- could get rather messy and colorful, difficult to read
2. For each date use a regular histogram to show the relevant percentages of
each judgement.
- could get rather cluttered and difficult to read
3. Compute the average judgement score for each date and plot that on a line
chart
- not cluttered but losing info
Also is there and statistical test I could perform on this data.
Any suggestions most welcome.
Regards,
Richard
