RESEARCH ASSISTANT IN HEALTH ECONOMICS, LSHTM LONDON
Applications are invited for the post of Research Assistant in Health
Economics. The post holder will contribute to a project modeling the
cost-effectiveness of health care interventions in hepatitis C. This
project will involve collaboration with statistical colleagues at the
MRC Biostatistics Unit, Cambridge. This post provides an excellent
opportunity to develop the key skills required for conducting economic
evaluations and writing peer-reviewed publications.
You will need a masters degree in Health Economics, Medical Statistics
or another relevant quantitative discipline. The successful candidate
should demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to
work independently.
Salary will be on the R1B scale (£22,355 to £24,536). The post is full
time, initially for one year and is available from 1^st October, 2005.
