Another possibility is that Microsoft has blocked the ability of Netscape
to do certain functions. Sometimes when I have trouble using Netscape 7.2
I invoke Microsoft's Internet Explorer and attempt the same operation.
Every time I do that, it works. Thus, I conclude this may be yet another
example of how Microsoft uses its OS to cripple competing companies.
