Salary: £39,548 - £44,563 inclusive of London Allowance
Osterley Campus to July 2006, Uxbridge Campus thereafter
A senior lecturer is required in the School of Health Sciences and Social Care. The Senior lecturer will join academics working in the following research areas: pregnancy, perinatal and paediatric health, quality of life and respiratory health, and occupational and environmental health. He/she will be expected to develop and extend their own research programme in collaboration with other colleagues within the University and elsewhere.
A key requirement of the post will be to help raise the research profile of the School. Therefore in addition to conducting their own research, the senior lecturer will contribute to the research output and research activity of the School by teaching, advising and collaborating with colleagues.
Applicants should have a postgraduate qualification in medical/applied statistics and have worked in a health sciences environment at lecturer level or equivalent for five years or more.
