The link for this was passed on to me and seems it could be of interest to

The aim of withinreach is to support local government officers in
accessibility planning. The withinreach programme provides training and
advice for all stages of accessibility planning, from accessibility audit
through to implementation and impact measurement of accessibility solutions
identified in the accessibility strategy. This website describes the main
stages in the training and advice programme and will publish as much of the
training material as is practical and useful.
This website is part of the accessibility planning training and advisory
programme for local government officers in England, who must write
accessibility strategies for their areas. If you are not a local government
officer in England, you are very welcome to use the site, but since the site
has a technical job to do, the site content may be written in technical
language.
