I am sure that the toilets on Trafalgar Square as in a public space may be an example (others can say whether good or bad). In gruesome, they could have a look in Foyles, WC1 (which may even have a reputation in Japan as the largest bookshop). Look for the toilets built behind the café area as one or the worst examples taking into account additional safety hazards).
