I worry a great deal about clamping - I know of one man whose vehicle was
clamped at my local hospital - he was a legitimate blue badge holder but had
forgotten to display it - the shock and subsequent hassle and delay of being
clamped made him very ill. On top of which a clamped vehicle is still in the
blue badge space!!

The best enforcement method I've seen is to clamp non-badge holders who use
accessible bays. It generates an income for the management company and is
easily administered. It's very effective in Bluewater.
