I am thinking along the lines of temporary housing for tenants with low
mobility, but as I know the site which is 3 floors (ground 1st and 2nd)
this might mean quite a lot of people. I am also wondering (and this is
a drift away from the point) what provision they have for evacuation -
with so many mobility impaired people above ground level. My concern is
also that they may have conditions of tenancy/purchase regarding good
health and mobility. Thanks for the points so far received.

Dear Robert:
My alternative proposal is to take a temporary refuge to somewhere else
while the refurbishment is done. A kind of short stay in a senior
housing?
