Do you mean Bobby? This is still in operation; a simple google search
will get you there. What Bobby does is check a web site for WI3 codes for
accessibility and if the web passes award the bobby symbol which is a
picture of a 'police man' Bobby is not the only such site and they all vary
in how good they are. I know the University of Dundee also provide a
service but cannot remember what they call themselves.
