If that is what they say then I would suspect that it will only be in
England and will not cover Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland. This may be
due to the way that local educational authorities are set up perhaps? It may
be worth querying this with them and to find out if similar exercises are to
be held in the other countries of the UK.

I see a reference to England regulations. Does that mean that the Building
