I'm not sure about funding I'm afraid but I wonder about the need for a
platform lift for such a small budget scheme- without seeing the plans it's
hard to make any specific suggestions but it would be a shame if the scheme
cannot go ahead, i.e. benefits no-one, because some part of the building has
reduced accessibility. As I say, hard to comment without the whole story.
