Yes, I agree that the document is very comprehensive and Marcus and Rita
have done an excellent job.
For those having trouble locating the full document, it is important to
ensure that the whole link is copied into the 'open' box of Internet
Explorer. The link in the original message from Marcus is wrapped and
therefore broken. If you merely click on the link it takes you to the Home
Page but with an 'error' message. When you copy the whole link, and check
it is the whole link, it will take you to a summary of the document. The
link for the full document is further down that page. It will then open in
a Word document which can be 'saved as' to your PC.
