For everyone's information
Thanks to everyone for help on this........ this is a complicated and on-
going issue (there are other factors which have not been mentioned by me
here) and I just wanted to know if anything is written in law to prove that
a wheelchair user is "on foot"....
for info.
the existing path is presently wide enough to allow access by a wheelchair
user and has a good surface so no modification is necessary.
Mrs A has contacted the DRC and is awaiting a response.
Once again many thanks and I will try to let the forum know the outcome..
