The truth is, Douglas, most artists would rather have their "studio" called
garage, workshop or basement. They are your basic workaholics and don't
shrug when it comes down to the wire.
Not at all glamorous, behind the scenes - considering we are basically
professional labor: cleaning, hanging, replacing lights, moving furniture,
paintings, sculpture, etc...but we forget how hard this buisness is, at
every opening reception. Yeah, we are "special", lol...
