'Cept wierdly, in a broader sense, they're not happening now. Except
for this zombie piece:

This, AFAIK, is the only real piece of anti-war film going. Surveying
the misty vistas of the NTL satellite and BBC, is there some wierd
consensus going on? I don't want to don my tin-foil hat yet.
A discussion at the pub also mentioned that no one anyone knew
(outside of Pinter) was writing anti-war poetry in a big sense. It's
as if the war is off the grid.
As a side-note, I was wondering if there was any English poetry
written by the English bemoaning the Troubles? I deliberately exclude
Heaney et al. They may write in English but they're the other side of
the Occupation that's slowly coming to end. Does anyone know of such
poetry?
