Great story about the jazz musician in France, Mark.
But I begin to wonder if I just am missing something. I can see this
comment applying sometimes, but have to say that some so-called
minimalist music gets me interested because there are such small, but
important it feels to me, changes taking place. I've often wondered if
being a prairie boy, used to noting small changes in the landscape, has
affected my hearing of this stuff.
Why no mention of Adams, much of whose work I rather like...?
