"Wo" is me, Maireadm to tell you who Joe be, but, heah, given my
proclivities I might have parodied a name (Joe) not the name but the author
'non-author' of the parodies aformentioned. Today's year?? A certain
President is behaving as if he wants it to be 2009, not 1999, permanently in
Crawford and freely oblivious and no longer concerned with suckability of
any sort. Yes, it's hell (George and I agree on that) but, wow, 2005, it is.
