It is powerful Ken, as Joanna & Frederick say. And as it is, does that
job.
It's probably mean-minded of me to want a bit more, some inchoate sense
of how she was manipulated by those above her, & for us, some sense in
the poem of how far up that manipulation went. Or is that another
piece, entirely?
