Can I modestly suggest that most interesting poets - at least those with a
language and 'style' that makes any kind of remarkable new "cut" in the
culture - may well be described as "language oddities in progress" (LOIP -
for short)??
I mean such stuff - those poems when they first appear - sure ain't normal.
"Odd as sin" as the Knoxy Calvinites are fond of saying.
"LOIP-On", I say.
