I mean them to be single line spaces - I just hit 'enter' when I want to
jump down a step. I worked in Word originally this week - normally just
write it instantly as a reply email ... So will mine have double spacing? I
really want single spacing, but what's a 'soft return'? Another Wimbledon
pun?
