Oh god, do you remember that too, Martin, when you couldn't walk down a path
without stepping over a pink eyed dying bunny? Even the farmers, no lovers
of rabbits they, were sickened.
A bad time altogether, though I'm not convinced it was deliberately
introduced. Here, at least, not so sure about Australia. Jury's still out
on this.
I saw it at its height in Wamfry (Scottish borders town where my grandfather
had a manse) -- ugly.
