The ease of photo images would sap one's energies in the search for the
right words.
Jill's agapanthus was slow to join the multitude, which in Melbourne slowly
emerged in December and is now at its fullest.
The blue ones start out as if freshly dyed, and the January sun gradually
bleaches them.
Yesterday I saw two kids duelling with the long stalks they'd broken off as
they passed someone's front garden.
Agapanthus (agapanthi?) hereabouts turn up each summer in more and more
spots beyond human gardening and I think they have gone feral.
