For listmembers who inadvertently get into Martin's pickle - being
blacklisted on mail-abuse.com - jiscmail has this advice. Getting
unblacklisted is a fairly straightforward process; I had to do it once. It
probably means that someone is using your isp for spam.

He needs to go to http://www.mail-abuse.com/ and using his IP address,
follow instructions to be removed from the blacklist. He has to do it from
his own domain, neither we your you can do it for him
